The basic rent at these locations are calculated on 30% of monthly Gross household income, up to the maximum rate as indicated. This Legislation comes from the Alberta Housing Act and the Social Housing Act & Regulations.
These units are owned by the Province under the Ministry of Alberta Seniors & Housing.
These rates apply to the following locations:

- Willow Court – 638 Adelaide Street
Family Social Housing Unit Rates
